Summary

All my experiences in the kitchen have taught me one thing, I love to cook. I don't just love being a home cook I love restaurants and everything that comes with them. I not only cook I provide experiences and give people amazing memories. I eat sleep and breath cooking it is my passion and love being able to do it everyday. My experience is something I am very grateful for and has shaped me and taught me to be the cook I am.

  • In my first couple weeks I was moved up from a fry cook to a saute cook. I also work the flat top grill and expo when needed and am proficient in learning new skills and helping the team wherever im needed.

  • When I came on I was a helper and the chef there mentored me into a better cook and better leader. Towards the end of my time there I was doing private diners alone. This position taught me not only how to cook but how to be responsible for my own actions and how to make difficult decisions when need be.

  • This was my first restaurant job and it taught me how to love the industry. This restaurant was not glamorous or high end I loved it though I was young and learning everyday. The long hours and hard work while often difficult helped me become who I am today. I know if I loved it down there I can also love it while working in the highest end places.
