Successfully managed operation for 7 seasons and left on excellent terms. Sales and profitability grew 6 of the 7 years with record sales and profits in 2018.

Prior to the above work history had 22 years (combined) with successful chain operations, Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville and Ruby Tuesday.
