As the owner of Volusia Repairs, the day to day operations were under my direct supervision. With both in house employees and subcontractors, I coordinated the estimation and repairs on residential and commercial projects ranging from small water damages to large fire losses. As a program vendor, I enjoyed a unique perspective as workflow related to claims, with an understanding of the importance of time frames, documentation, relativity and customer relations. As the owner of a small company, I was able to remain in touch with the personal aspect of the business, including individual job budgets and direct field supervision of larger projects
