Work-Based Learning Experience (WBL)

  • Co-created CTE Employability Standards to help students improve their "soft skills."
  • Organized, recruited, planned, and facilitated CTE advisory meetings with industry professionals, community member, and parents.
  • Organized various WBL opportunities for students in the classroom, including field trips and guest speakers in the areas of business, career exploration, skilled trades, finance, accounting, marketing, and business law.
