I recently began this newly assigned position with the Network Inventory Help Desk, in November 2021. I became a Lead for the Spare and RMA Repair pillar which is a high demand area to support the network while working closely with repair vendors. I had to design the entire repair operation from the ground up, which was an area that has quickly become very involved at a fast rate. Thus, the goal in mind for me was to shine in this area and become a reliable source to Network Assurance. I also was assigned the back up position for the Large Asset Retirement pillar. This area focuses on removing retired generators from the field and preparing them for retirement. In addition, I began to work with the Network Supply Chain website to get this ball rolling with others, so the Supply Chain had a solid area with a wealth of information.
