- Compile and maintain list of clients with management and work towards increasing reach in assigned market.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the heavy industrial sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and business cases to potential clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- Track status of client relationships in assigned software using metrics including calls, in person visits, proposal progress and the like.
- Explore opportunities to enhance the presence of Wescom in market including added marketing ideas.
- Communicate to employees, management and clients with cheerfulness and a willingness to help.
- Attend and participate in all assigned meetings.
- Be an active safety role model and follow all safety requirements.
- Willing to travel.
