Perform quality control review. Perform audit reviews of sampled mortgage and equity loan life cycle; accounts for all loan related documentation and take corrective action to make files whole; assess processing deficiencies, determine validity of GSE requests through research, and compile supporting data to justify loan approval and/or eligibility for sale.
Analyze and explain multiple complex loan programs, financing options, and basic mathematic principles.
