  • As the IMRL Support Equipment Manager, I oversee 475 pieces of support equipment and over 480 pieces of calibration tools. My primary responsibility is to ensure that all equipment is maintained and in working condition, as well as to maintain 100% accountability during annual wall-to-wall inventory and aviation maintenance inspections.

October 2020 to February 2023

  • In my role as a government purchase cardholder, I successfully managed over $60,000 in transactions without any discrepancies. These purchases supported 147 maintenance personnel and seven P8-A aircraft.
  • From January 2019 to February 2023, I effectively managed and monitored the transfer of packages, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, packing lists, and maintained long-term relationships through providing prompt and courteous service.
  • I ordered, received, and completed the consumable and repairable parts over 500k items.
  • Assisted with 20 customer inquiries and concerns daily via phone from May 2020 to November 2020.
  • In my role as a night shift supervisor, I took great pride in leading a team of 3 sailors through the processing, receipt, and issuing of over 200 NMPS/PMCS requisitions. This effort resulted in the successful replacement of 12,723 items in support of VP-1's inaugural P-8A 2020seven fleet multi-site deployment. Additionally, I diligently maintained accurate accountability of seven aircraft flight packets and monthly aircraft inventory records.

  • As the chosen logistics lead for multiple detachments during deployment, I am responsible for ensuring that workspaces and essential support equipment are readily accessible to ensure the success of our missions.

  • I supported 22 aviation commands and 25 FRCNW work centers, overseeing the management of 250 aviation depot level repairable assets worth $60 million. Additionally, I successfully handled the inventory, issue, and processing of 950 Non-mission capable and partial mission capable assets with no discrepancies, achieving 100 percent accuracy for FRC R-POOL during an SMA inspection.

  • I effectively managed night shift operations in the tool room, overseeing ten work centers and ensuring proper issuance of tools and disposal of hazardous materials without any discrepancies. My efforts contributed to the command's achievement of safe-for-flight certification for the P-8A aircraft.
  • Managed the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and pick-up schedules were maintained.
  • Monitored levels of supply, equipment, and product inventory to ensure adequate quantities were maintained.
