CEO with forty-five years of extensive experience designing and administering a broad range of innovative training programs for state, federal, private-sector employers, and community-based organizations. Conducted research on emerging trends within the industry and capitalized on finds to develop new products, services, and strategies. Program development focuses on high-demand occupations in career fields such as construction, hospitality, tourism, and transportation. Over the last three years, the YeakeyAlliance, in partnership with the Independent Electrical Contractors Chesapeake, Inc, has expanded Pre-Apprenticeship Electrical Training and program coordination services to Maryland high schools seniors and marginalized adults in Howard, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Charles County, and the District of Columbia.

• Designed, directed and coordinated a host of apprenticeship, middle-skilled training and development programs for adult, at-risk youth and marginalized population, including, single heads of household, incarcerated adults, and chronically underemployed adults. Experience developing and monitoring large budgets in excess of 1 million dollars. Responsible for managing a large instructional staff of over fifty instructors. Extensive experience as certified job coach and career specialist working with adults in transition.
