· Spent several years providing functional support in Oracle 11i, setting up and maintaining accounting structure including cross validation rules, security rules, roles and responsibilities, monitoring month end close processes for all Americas, supporting finance users globally

· Managed team that handled all functional support for Oracle, customer master, internal AR reporting, and invoicing

· Spent about 2 years in logistics implementing Red Prairie warehouse management software

· Worked for 2 and a half years supporting Concur globally, including implementation of Concur in South Africa, managing travel policy handling in Concur, report writing in Cognos, and providing primary support globally for travel services
