I have spent the last 33 years with Les Schwab. I have worked in four markets Idaho Washington Oregon and Utah. i am truly a product of my environment and a product of the Les Schwab culture. I have been in Management for 27 years, managing 6 different locations. I pride myself in building people first and that is where you find true success. I have helped train and build countless employees that have gone on to become very successful managers in our company. The experience I have gained in my career has helped me find success in all aspects in what I do. But people and relationships are the most important in being successful everyday. I have gained the knowledge and training to operate a very successful tire center in Jerome Idaho for Les Schwab with revenue reaching 8.2 million with a 16% Net profit as well as building and promoting people every year. I am dedicated to being my best everyday and pushing myself to grow even after 33 years in the tire business. I believe in being proactive in business not reactive, I believe in building a culture around the workplace that truly is a place where people can become the best version of themselves.
