The radio voice of Sonoma County for over forty years started his talkshow on a random weekday afternoon to honor a local industry worker with a friendly competition. "Who's the BEST Bartender in Sonoma County?" People voted online. The Drive with Steve Jaxon's web page for two hours and I was surprised during my shift by a local celebrity with an honorary award. My name was heard over the local fm radio and people came into congradulate me thereafter.

For me, I was only grate at my position because I was genuine with everyone I met. Why not? I was legally responsible for them after serving them alcohol. Make them feel special and delighted to be in that moment. Even the local patroling officers new me by my first name and smiled when they hollar Michael over a crowed. They new how I was about a community that looked out for each other. Then I started singing karaoke while I poured drinks. That did it! lol!
