Facilitate recovery-focused trainings for Peer Support Specialists and other behavioral health professionals, including Peer Support Learning for the 21st Century, Recovery Practices for Leaders, Recovery Principles in Law and Ethics, Providing Peer Support in Crisis Services. Assist individuals in their process of obtaining Cal-MHSA Peer Support Specialist Certification. Provide 1-1 and group vocational support services to graduates of the Peer Support Learning course.

Ongoing development, supervision, and administration of several community-based recovery services programs, including:

• Peer Employment Training, a peer support training and credentialing program (2002-2009).
• Wellness City, a peer support whole health program (2009-2014)
• the Peer Recovery Team, which offered 1-1 in-home and community-based Peer Support services (2010-2012).
• Another Chance, a HUD-funded permanent supported housing program serving people with co-occurring mental health and addiction challenges (2010-2012).
• the WRAP and Well Program, peer-facilitated self-help classes collocated at 12 behavioral health clinics (2010-2012)
• the RI Career Center, which provided career exploration, job development and placement, and job coaching services (2020-2023).
• the Recovery Education Center, a licensed private post-secondary vocational school, which offered vocational training and recovery education courses, including continuing education courses for Peer Support Specialists.

Piloted and served as Chairperson for the first two years of this council, which was designed to increase opportunities for employees with lived experience of recovery to have a voice and a role in the leadership of Recovery Innovations.

• Assisted in the design and implementation of this program.
• Supervised daily operations of employment services, including Career Exploration, Supported Education, and Supported Employment.
• Trained and supervised Employment Specialists and Recovery Educators.
• Managed reporting and deliverables for contracts with the AZ Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, AZ@Work (WIOA), Maricopa County Regional Behavioral Health Authority, multiple Medicaid Plans.

• Developed and delivered New Employee Orientation and other recovery-based trainings to the 600+ employees of Recovery Innovations.
• Consultant to behavioral health organizations with subject matter expertise in peer support workforce development and supervision of integrated teams.
• Master Facilitator for Peer Employment Training and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).

Served as a Specialty Counselor in the Behavioral Health Services Project, supporting people with serious mental health challenges in the process of preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining employment.
