• Was chief Claims lead for creation of a seperate claim operation formed to handle a newly created Reciprocal Insurance operation, Adirondack Insurance Exchange. Was an original financial sponsors, 1 of 26 required to seek approval application to the state to secure approval to open a Reciprocal Insurance Exchange in N.Y. Served on the initial newly created board of the Exchange for 5 years.
