  • Drives organic and inorganic growth for the Skin Health Franchise via deep human understanding and advanced analytics. Key contributor to the Global Strategic Plan and Business Plans and key partner to the Global Skin Health & Beauty President, Regional Leads and Function Heads.
  • Direct hand on creating a digital-first future for Kenvue: Spearheaded the change in direction and creation of a successful digital platform for the entire global Consumer Business which leverages disparate unstructured data and with the use of AI and ML, translates them actionable insights to drive innovation, e-commerce and deeper consumer intimacy. After just 7 months post-activation, the US pilot has generated ~$70M USD innovation pipeline value (NTSLC), improvement in E-Commerce ratings (above 4.2) for key Skin Health platforms and generated cost savings of ~$1M USD.
  • Elevates our ‘Future of Capabilities’ by co-developing the Future of Skin Health Strategy and establishing a Skin Health Futurology process and tool to future-proof our 4 Core Therapeutic Needstates. Year 1 of the new process has yielded 6 active projects for the long-term pipeline.
