
Passionate about early literacy, I support K–6 students through targeted small‑group intervention using SIPPS and evidence‑based routines. I collaborate with teachers and our literacy coach to analyze data, identify skill gaps, and align instruction with student needs. Experienced in DIBELS progress monitoring, differentiated support and structured learning environments that help students build confidence as readers. Currently pursuing an M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education to deepen expertise in early reading development.
