I also worked along side Dr.Patterson as his MA for primary care. With this responsibility I was in charge of collected any information needed from any outside facilities his primary patients where getting treatment from to keep there records and treatment plan aligned with his. As well as the following.


  • Take messages regarding any question they may have and rely them to the provider return call with any answers.
  • Complete Prior-Authorizations for primary patients medications.
  • Notify patients of labs reports or set them up with appointments to follow up with provider on labs.
  • Preparing patients for examinations.
  • Reach out to patients prior to appointments to make sure any labs or imaging needing to be done are completed prior to appointment.
