SELECTED CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

M&A Operational lead for the integration and consolidation of a key acquisition with an existing manufacturing facility within 6 months at Imprimus Label and Packaging to optimize cost structures and synergies while improving top-line performance and exceeded operational improvement goals across the existing platform to the satisfaction of the PE Board.

Improved revenue by 47% from $84.3MM to $120.5MM at VALID USA and increased US EBITDA by 73% in 2015 ($18.5MM target) through top line growth in key markets along with cost cutting measures over a 1-year period.

Obtained 15% productivity improvement within 6 months at Fort Dearborn, Inc. by implementing a lean manufacturing culture through disciplines of GEMBA walks, daily management, policy deployment and kaizen tools.

Eliminated unprofitable line of business at VALID USA and incorporated $8M acquisition while consolidating multiple sites to eliminate redundancies and improve cost structure over a 1-year period.

Increased sales 33% ($10.1M) FY 2013 at WS Packaging vs. FY 2009 and achieved a $4.6M increase in EBITDA during same date range through operational excellence initiatives that created capacity and improved service metrics.
