I have experience on several sizes of vessels in both charter and private. While focusing on creating delicious homemade meals I also understand the importance of timeliness and strong communication as a team player. As a freelance Chef my focus when starting a job is to understand the food preferences and the layout of the galley. I will start my journey with going through all cabinets and making a provisions list. I always try to use what is there first and will discard any outdated items. I take budget and money consciousness as a priority and manage to create an exciting menu under these guidelines. I try to always keep my galley clean and food handling within all food safety requirements. I will go over menu ideas and welcome any input with the chief stew for additions or changes. I am an open minded person that takes pride in hard work and happy tastebuds.
