I have done ethnography work and research in San Francisco, 2016 while I attended The University of Texas where I studied gentrification and how it relates to dance and its communities.
I was also able to travel to Nicaragua for 5 weeks during college where I studied dancehall and how it contributes to women's liberation in the region.
