I started volunteering at Enchanted Hollow Stables in March of 2021, when I was a camp leader at their Spring Break Camp. Being a camp leader means I would help participants enrolled in camp care for and ride their assigned horse. I slowly started helping more and more around the farm with horse care and maintenance becoming one of their main summer camp leaders. In 2022 I enrolled in the 4-H horse project. I've been showing at the Wright County fair through 4-H since then. With the help and support of the Enchanted Hollow Stable's barn family, I've also been showing in WSCA horse shows since 2021. In August of 2023 I won highpoint in the intermediate division of the Ride for Rachel WSCA show. I am currently assisting with instructing weeknight riding lessons. I share the skills that I've learned from taking lessons and continue to learn more from teaching others.
