• Business Analyst & IT, Assist contracted companies in reaching goals and objectives related to implementing and managing projects, business planning, forecasting, sales, productivity, profitability, and industry penetration, among other areas.
• Led and assisted technical upgrade projects for clients by working and coordinating with consultants and developers for integrations.

• Managed and negotiated over $850 million dollars in international contracts through Foreign Military Sales (by way of the US government to foreign countries) and Direct Commercial International Sales

• Achieved an inventory accuracy of 98% (well above the 95% threshold) while managing over 50K assets in 6 states totaling $1.5 billion dollars
• Achieved an average reutilization of $450k in assets with the creation and implementation of the Asset Management Surplus Team
• Pioneered numerous continuous improvement initiatives to reduce the volume of paper documents being stored at an offsite facility and created online storage capacity that provided quicker access and allowed digital storage well past the contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements. This led to an annual cost reduction of more than $80k per year in offsite storage fees

Disposition & Storage Lead (SCM & Strategic Planning)

• Led the multi-site asset Surplus, Disposition, and Storage functions for the Southeast Infrastructure Services of LM-SSC which covered 6 sites in 4 states
• Provided guidance and training to company personnel on the application of disposition procedures, supply chain business system processes, and compliance requirements
• Led and participated in numerous Structured Improvement Activities (SIAs) as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and subject matter expert, while providing facilitation and project management expertise in support of the goal of operation excellence
• Management in the implementation of an asset management system that was created to integrate SAP, The Advanced Process Engineering Co-Simulator (APECs), and the Online Material Request System
• Assumed the role of a Subject Matter Expert for the Space Systems Business Unit of LM regarding the training and use of this system.
• Directed property management program by determining requirements, applying use standards, planning for material equipment replacement, and implementing quality control oversight.

• Oversaw the integration and management of the IMS, supply chain, sustainment, demand management, inventory and vendor management for large and complex programs spanning across several facilities and numerous suppliers
• Performed Cost/Control Account Management (CAM) duties by tracking and managing budgets and overhead cost across 3 sites in 3 states including driving performance of product quality, on-time delivery, affordability, while identifying supply chain proposal risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them
• Advised management and executive leadership of the status of Cost, Schedule, Performance, Work in Progress, Material availability, KPIs and potential supply chain and production issues to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services were provided as needed.
• Increased the inventory accuracy rate from 82% to 99% through the development and implementation of an Asset & Tooling Management System (SharePoint) for the improving the process of tracking assets and tooling at a missile development facility
