Worked with Thomas Kennicott/ Sr. Regional Lean Manager Lean Supply Chain Solutions to help design and improve the F.T.A. area of the Warehouse, resulting in an improvement of over 75.83% in the dwell time of the product.
• Promoted to Supervisor in Maintenance by Charlie Fowler/Director of R-1/Clarks to support with Ryder's Retail Start-ups. Assisted in the Start-ups and Lean Day 1 of Mattel, Walgreens, Ross, AND TJX. Helped with Building improvements, Equipment, Safety Training and awareness at the above mentioned Facilities and the Three Electrolux Sites (Aberdeen, Minooka, and Orlando).
• Promoted to a Customer Logistics Manager by Thomas Kennicott within 2 years at Aberdeen Electrolux Facility. In direct charge of Reverse Logistics department. Worked with the team to develop an organized work area, creating a safe and productive environment. Help put into place procedures to identify and account for all loads coming in and going out of the facility on the Reverse logistics side. Moved to the Inbound and outbound side to help the team develop tools to improve load on time and accountability of the load. Worked with the team to build and implement a drive by dispatch board to assist dispatch with the organization and capture of paperwork. The drive by dispatch board helped to keep operators on their lifts, resulting in better production. This also helped minimize the foot traffic by dispatch, creating a safer work area.
• 10/2019 took on the Customer Logistics Manager Position at Lancaster, PA our Kellogg's Buffer site. My role at the Lancaster site as a new start up was to develop a training program and safety Program. I was also in charge of developing the scorecard for Outbound and Inbound Operations. I created all Audit sheets for processes, Tracker forms for work being completed. I helped train the management staff on Policy Tech, Ariba, workday, and basic Ryder Guidelines and procedures. I managed the Operations department, Training Department and Safety Department. I helped to prep the team for 3 A.I.B audits which we passed all of, scoring a 980 on our last Audit. This is the highest score any of our Kelloggs facilities have obtained. Day to day training of 5 Supervisors under me on Lean Programs, WPO and 5S.
