I have 26 years experience working for a major Telecommunications company (Verizon) as a Buildings Maintenance and Refrigeration Technician (Watch Engineer). I have experience working with, troubleshooting and repairing industrial and data center HVAC systems (cooling towers, water, air cooled, glycol systems, pumps, compressors, motors, direct liquid cooling). I also regularly worked on industrial steam boilers, heat exchangers, steam and hydronic heating systems. Experience working with Building Domestic Water, Compressed Air, Fire Suppression Systems, Backflow Preventers, Emergency Eyewash & Safety Showers, Deionized & Distilled Water Systems, Plumbing Fixtures, Propane, Map Gas, pipe fitting and brazing. I also have experience designing, installing and maintaining/troubleshooting high/low voltage electrical systems, BMS systems, Fire detection/prevention systems (Honeywell, Vesda).

I am experienced in setting up new equipment and performing maintenance and repairs on industrial HVAC equipment. Experience working on chillers, CRAC, CRAH units. Experience working in various data centers with direct liquid cooled HVAC systems. I have experience working on repairs under time constraints, in critical network infrastructure locations. One of my primary responsibilities was handling multiple network facilities and data center locations on my own or in teams of HVAC technicians. I have managerial experience as I was responsible for coordinating and overseeing jobs, and on-site work with various trades and vendors.

I have experience installing and maintaining residential HVAC systems (Central-air, ducted and ductless mini-split, oil gas boiler, hydronic systems, and general plumbing). I have experience designing and installing HVAC systems using Manual-J, Manual-D, Manual-N, using Wrightsoft, Cool Calc.

I currently hold a NYC Refrigeration License (Q01, Q99)
