Physically install full test vehicles on dynamometer rollers for specific testing as requested by engineer.

Set up computers for specific tests.

Fuel vehicles during testing and monitor for any vehicle malfunctions.

Physically remove vehicles for maintenance and when vehicle testing is completed.

Ordering and Dispersing of parts for all afternoon shift buildings on Ground.

Performing computerized Shipping paperwork for domestic shipping of parts and materials off Ground.

Supervision of afternoon shift materials building personnel during Supervisor absence.

• Perform scheduled inspections on all test vehicles running a simulated 10 year corrosion testing. Inspecting individual vehicle components when vehicles are completely disassembled.
• Informing Engineers of inspection results
• Report writing on test results

Follow new vehicles through quality assessment testing. Follow up of test driver comments of vehicle function and performance.

Report writing to engineers on test results

Greet and service write up of customer vehicle concerns. In person and phone contact with customers. Follow up of customer vehicle repairs. Test drive of customer vehicles before and after repair as needed. Recommending to customers of any repairs and or maintenance of vehicle needed. Work with Dealership management and technicians.
