I worked part-time as a contracted ER physician for Dignity Health Services from June 2015 until May 1, 2018. Since May 1, 2018, I have worked full-time (12-16 shifts/month) as a contracted employee for Dignity Health Services at several of their free-standing ER's and at Arizona General Hospital, all located within the Phoenix metro area. As of April 2019, I added the responsibilities of being the Medical Director at Dignity Health Services' Camelback ER Facility in Glendale, AZ.

Annual Volume - 10,000 - 30,000 depending on facility.

As Medical Director, I was responsible for hospice care oversite with patients in Page Arizona as well as the surrounding Navajo Reservation. I traveled extensively across Page and the Navajo Reservation to provide for this care.

I worked part-time in the Page Hospital Emergency Room since September 1993. From October 2006 - May 2011, I was employed full-time with Banner Health in the Emergency Room. From May 2011 - June 2018, I worked part-time for this facility as a contracted employee through the services of EPS and Team Health.

I practiced the full scope of Family Medicine in an outpatient setting. I also served as the Medical Director during my time at Encompass Health Services from 2011-2018.

I worked part-time as a contracted physician in the Little Colorado Medical Center Emergency Room.

I worked for Canyonlands Healthcare from 9/93 - 1/2000 as a Family Practice Physician. I practiced the full scope of Family Medicine including OB with C-sections and providing call coverage in the Page Hospital ER. In January 2000, I took a position in Lancaster, PA to be closer to family. However, after eight months, I decided that this position was not the best fit for me. I returned to Canyonlands Healthcare in August 2000 and worked for them until October 2006.

I was employed as a Family Physician practicing the full scope of Family Medicine, including Obstetrics.
