- I found an opening at the hotels for a Barback position and took it
- I was placed at Aventura hotel my managers were, Lee Staffold, Amy, and Erika
- I worked the rooftop sky bar, pool bar, and lobby bar as a barback occasionally making drinks and pouring beers
- I soaked up as much information as I could about bartending, mixology, and making drinks from the bartenders and managers, but unfortunately, the wage just really wasn't there and I stayed longer than I should've, and the managers knew it too
- But the atmosphere of the place was awesome, and I really enjoyed it, But eventually, we came to a mutual agreement, and I left the job and was told I'm always welcome back if I wanted to apply for a new position if one was to open that I'm qualified for.

- I have been unemployed this whole timeframe to focus on school and family because I'm the youngest child and my family is older

- I started off just bussing for the Universal Citywalk owned restaurants
- When you buss at Citywalk you have a main venue but also get scheduled at others because you are considered a busser for the park
- I made a name for myself bussing at my venue, and others when I went there
- I was eventually promoted to server in training 9 months in, but I got into a car accident totaled my car and had no transportation to and from work
- Unfortunately, I had to leave, but it was mutual with my managers and was told I'm always welcomed back.

- I put away truck every Wednesday and Thursday at 6 AM in the morning
- This includes helping unload the truck, Loading freezer and walk-in, FIFO everything I put away and make sure to put stuff in the correct place as it corresponds to allergies
- I was happy with the job but unsatisfied with the fact I hadn't received a wage increase, brought up the fact that I put the truck away by myself every week in a team meeting with district managers, and they told me that wasn't allowed
- I got me and my manager in trouble so I just quit

- I started off just running food (mostly seafood boil plates)
- After about 4 months of me learning the menu while running the food
- I got tested and I passed and became Expo or (Expeditor)
- After about 6 months of me being a Food runner/Expo, I became a server because of how much I had learned and became comfortable with the environment
- I had to leave this job because of location and I was still in High school, My friend who had a car applied at the same time as me and got hired as a host
- When he left unfortunately he was one of my main sources of transportation, I stayed for a month longer until they found someone who could replace me and quit.
