  • Led a 4-man team to execute a research project aimed at improving Habitat for Humanity’s Robin’s Landing Affordable Housing program.
  • The research project was to find out how to raise the Robin’s Landing program’s acceptance rate and reduce the number of incomplete applications.
  • Provided descriptive & summary statistical insights to check for any strong correlation between certain demographics and completion/denial rates.
  • Performed statistical, qualitative, and quantitative analysis by building two regression models to predict whether applicants will – (a) get accepted into the program; (b) complete the application process
  • Used the regression results from both models to provide insights and recommendations on how Habitat can (a) increase the acceptance rate of their program and (b) ensure that more applicants complete their application process.
