Hurst,TX.

Summary

I have 20+ years of construction experience in all phases of project development. As a glassier, I worked in the field as a helper and then as a journeyman. As a journeyman, I was promoted to a Project Manager and then a Superintendent. As a superintendent, I was responsible for every aspect of each project, from beginning to completion, including materials acquisition and scheduling. I have managed multiple projects from $10 million per year to $80 million per year. I also managed from 20 to 113 employees depending on the number of projects we were building that year. I kept the original owner of Industrial Glass from filing bankruptcy by managing the company's debts, sales and production. I took it from $1.3 million in debt to a surplus of over $1million, so that the owner could sell the company and retire in peace. I have great sales/people skills and I am an excellent negotiator in times of crisis. I am frugal and complete projects under budget if possible.
