Current Sentry Insurance associate with direct experience supporting adjusters and clients, combined with IT exposure, project management certification, and multilingual communication skills in English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole. Proven ability to gather requirements and communicate clearly across diverse stakeholders. Seeking to leverage analytical and leadership capabilities in an IT Product Analyst role to help drive innovative, customer-centered solutions on the Digital or Commercial Lines Policy Administration team.

I grew up in Haiti, a warm country where my parents and grandmother taught me hard work and integrity. I later moved to the Dominican Republic, where I learned Spanish, and now I’m in Wisconsin, adjusting to or trying to adjust to a much colder climate. I enjoy basketball and weightlifting, watching a good movie, meet people, and I absolutely hate mayonnaise. Most importantly, I am a Christ follower.
