11.2024 - Current
- I am currently employed with Katy Aquatics and while I started out as a coach I am now a supervisor in training. My day to day task includes managing coaches, ensuring safety in our program, and evaluating the individual swimmers to ensure constant growth amongst all of our swimmers as well as communiating that to their coaches. When I am not supervising I am coaching some classes myself, this includes adult classes as well as special needs classes. My experience with Katy Aquatics has taught me patience and perseverance.
