  • Cultivates relationships to secure funding and support for the organization through sponsorships, the Annual Giving Appeal, estate plans, retirement account distributions and the creation of named scholarships.
  • Creates promotional materials and provides insightful information to social media, website and print media to inform and educate the public and promote the Catholic school community in Frederick County, Maryland.
  • Represents the organization in the community by giving presentations and participating in events at the schools it serves.
  • Attends Gala events and graduations and provides pictures for each event for the schools to use for promotional materials and social media.
  • Plans the annual Fr. John McElroy Award Dinner and Teacher Appreciation Dinner attended by 150-200 people each year including the creation of the invitations and all event publications and solicits sponsorships to underwrite the entire cost of the events.
  • Works with the administration at the schools and the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment company to facilitate the yearly scholarship process.
