While at Chase, I held several titles but for the past 4 years I was privileged to work with one of the best teams in the market. Our last several audits were at least 98%. Chase also holds customer service to a very high standard and our branch was scored excellent by 94% of those responding to the surveys sent.

I not only ran our branch, but also trained new associates for other branches. I ensured staffing levels, while establishing strong internal controls. It was my priority to help clients with the immediate need they came to the branch for but then to also look for ways to make sure their financial goals were met by introducing them to Chase partners when appropriate.

I started as a cashier and then worked as a bookkeeper. I loved running stock and then meat departments and eventually worked my way into a Market Manager position. There I was able to take care of schedules and inventories and development plans for my associates, while still taking care of customers.
