- As registered nurse, was able to provide expertise via workflow knowledge to improve IT systems and functions.
- Worked closely with subject matter experts to develop improvements for hospital EHR which was done via Gemba.
- Once learning work of end users, spent much time learning how to incorporate workflows current state and then future state into VISIO or other format for end users to outline work being done and to identify Gaps going to new future state.
- Have helped end users develop and and implement new order sets (PowerPlans) within Cerner PowerChart and FirstNet, working closely with onsite IT Works team, AMS and SME.
