Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from union members who are reaching out with contract questions, grievance requests, and follow-up inquiries on open grievances.
Create and update RSVPs for training events and other union-based events.
Send out certified letters as requested by MAC-IO to members.
Document and assign new cases or open grievances to MAC-IOs, and upload documents to cases.
