I'm not just barista but a story teller of that coffee journey. The role of a barista is to create an welcoming environment as know as the third place. We do this by having high standards for both hand craft beverages and cleanliness. My role has been to model this behavior and to coach fellow baristas as well.
In my current role as Inclusion Coordinator my objective is to provide a reasonable modification for a person with a disability that is enrolled in a program so they can have an amazing experience.
