Spending time outside in the sunshine, in my yard and nurturing plants gives me a sense of accomplishment and well being. I also like to read historical fiction when I have the time. Attending a weekly bible study with a core group of friends has been encouraging as well as great accountability for my spiritual growth for over 5 years.
