• Over the counter and prescription medication and recommendations and education

• Pediatric Home Ventilation Program Advanced Practice Nurse Coordinator
• Patient population: infancy through young adulthood
• Management of Complex Respiratory conditions requiring tracheostomy care and long term home mechanical ventilation including:

- Chronic Lung disease of infancy

- Tracheo/bronchomalacia

- Neuromuscular and Neurogenic Disorders

including:

Muscular Sclerosis / Dystrophy, Spinal

Muscular Atrophy, Quadriplegia, Cerebral

Palsy, Angelman Syndrome

- Central Hypoventilation

• Care Coordination with Pediatric sub specialties including: Gastroenterology, Neurology, Pediatric General Surgery, Pulmonology, Pediatric Critical Care, Endocrinology, Orthopedics, Pediatric Primary Care, and ER
• Home Care Coordination with the Division of Specialized Care for Children of Illinois
