Responsible for delivering, and managing training programs focused on the

proper utilization of Tekions automotive dealership software, ensuring

dealership staff gain proficiency in accounting and retail , while optimizing

system efficiency and compliance with industry standards; this role typically

involved both classroom instruction and hands-on coaching to dealerships

across various locations, often collaborating with implementation teams to

ensure seamless knowledge transfer.

• Temporary Contract work for CDK Global training their clients on their DMS Drive system across the country onsite and remotely.

• Financial Reporting & Strategy: Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and providing data to support strategic business decisions.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP, automotive industry regulations, and overseeing internal audits.
• Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring accounting staff, office personnel, and department managers.
• Cash Flow & Expense Management: Managing dealership funds, minimizing floor plan costs, and evaluating cost-saving opportunities.
