As an IT Leader, I provide leadership for growth-oriented companies leading their IT technology complex projects. I am 100% effective in leading and managing technical teams that are distributive, off-shore and/or on-premise. My philosophy is "we build, we lead, we grow, and learn through-out the process". I empower my teams to think outside the box or create a new box to innovate and left-shift as needed to meet the company goals and objectives. Through my hands on team's leadership approach, I am always learning and innovating on new technologies whether it on-premise, hybrid or cloud-based platforms. During my career, I have led highly successfully technical teams in various industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing and Distribution, Insurance and others. With COVID, I have developed a comprehensive on-boarding plan that allows software engineers to work effectively in a 100% remote environment.

I have experience in implementing processes such as Agile, Waterfall and other methodologies to deliver technical solutions for both on-premises or Cloud based ecosystems. My experience also included team alignment around SaaS based products to deliver and support our clients or solve a client problem. My leadership, approach includes an open-door policy, bottom-up approach decisions and nurturing engineers to deliver quality solution in a fast-past environment. I believe in empowering individuals to bring their authentic selves to work in order to contribute to the overall success of the company.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Tarkio College in St. Louis, MO. and a master’s degree from Webster University in Computer Resources and Information technology. I am a certified scrum master, and I am closely connected with the Scum community. I coach and mentor teams to successfully deliver quality software solutions, with a smile.
