  • A brief overview summarizing additional details into my work history as a whole: Throughout all the years I spent working with this company, I was given so many great opportunities to learn and grow into my full potential. Never did I expect that would actually lead to being a role model to many who looked up to me. I took pride in being someone my coworkers felt comfortable with coming to me with any questions or problems. Eventually I stepped into leadership roles which also came with much more responsibility. I was promoted by the owners as their Assistant General Manager as well. Due to changes in my home situation, I made the choice to step down from the position I was so honored and privileged to have even been considered for. I kept on working as a manager on occasion, but generally I was serving and bartending.. I was also in charge of our online training programs and enrolling new employees into the courses required depending on what position they were hired for. I spent a lot of time assisting many different employees in all different course requirements and stages of training and was very familiar with all of the roles, responsibilities, and expectations for all of the positions we had employed there. I actually became very knowledgeable in many different aspects of how the restaurant functioned. For example working with skills in the financial areas such as accounting, payroll, etc. Along with developing excellent customer service skills as far as the owners calling me "The Face" of their store, due to the likability from not only my coworkers who looked up to me, but also every single regular who held me in such high respect to call me family.
