After working in local government for over 29 years, I'm looking forward to obtaining a part time position where I can use the skills I have acquired in a new role. I am recently retired from Mount Olive Township at 55 years young and would like to obtain a position doing something engaging and different.
In 1995 I was hired as the Assistant to the Township Clerk, thereafter, being promoted to the Deputy Township Clerk in 2004, obtaining my Registered Municipal Clerk's Certification in 2010, and was promoted to Township Clerk in 2015. During that time, I worked for six Mayor's and numerous Council members. In 1998 our offices moved to a new building where I established a records filing system in the Clerk's office that took over three years to organize and which system is still used after my retirement. As records custodian our office maintained 100% track record with OPRA, (Open Public Records Act) processing over 7,700 OPRA requests and never receiving a citation from the Government Records Council. In addition, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, while working a hybrid schedule, Township business was maintained.
