
Decisive Human Resources Representative performs highly responsible personnel management duties requiring advanced personnel skills and techniques in major functional areas of HR. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with various operating units to effectively accomplish recruitment, employee records, benefits and management development and training tasks. Consistently exercises initiative and independent judgment and skilled at building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels to objectively coach employees through complex, difficult and emotional issues.
• Provides technical expertise across numerous employment policy related issues according to relevant laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Conducts investigations related to EEO complaints and other employment issues by interviewing relevant part parties and reporting recommendations.
• Provides testimony in depositions, hearings, or court proceedings, when necessary.
• Meets with employees and management in the field or at their workspace to identify employee issues or needs.
• Provides training on relevant laws and policies and explains corporate changes to polices.
• Supports management and leadership hiring by vetting application packets, qualifying candidates, and serving on interview panels.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and management information according to relevant laws and policies.
• Provides guidance and direction to human resources representatives.

Knowledge of quality improvement methodology and tools Project management skills preferred
