*. I was certified to administer her home hemodialysis. I was responsible for all care and equipment to maintain her dialysis.

*I arranged her medical appointments which included: Wound Care for a Stage 4 pressure sore,; Nephrology, the dialysis clinic, social worker, nutritionist, lab work, and nephrologist; Rheumatology to monitor her dermatomyositis; Family practitioner.

* Coordinated her ancillary appointments such as home nursing care, home physical therapy, transportation to appointments.

* I assisted my father in her daily care to allow my mother to remain her house until her death from dementia.

• Utilized critical thinking skills to prioritize nursing interventions based on patients'' acuity levels and individual needs.
• Conducted thorough patient assessments to identify changes in condition, promptly notifying physicians and initiating appropriate interventions when necessary.
• Administered medications safely according to established guidelines while closely monitoring for side effects or adverse reactions requiring intervention.
• Assisted with complex medical procedures such as intubation, lumbar punctures, and umbilical line placements under physician supervision.
