As a Health Educator for the Healthy Neighborhoods program, I focused on developing relationships throughout our community with agencies and resources, working to assist clients with complicated needs. Doing senior outreach in zip codes with the most vulnerable, I built trust, friendships and empathy with our seniors residents. This engagement gave me great satisfaction. These skills and experiences make me an excellent candidate for the Program Coordinator position.
