Investor Relations

- Interacting with hedge fund principals and their investors for international and domestic clients.

- Review governing documents of hedge fund client.

- Audit responsibilities. (SAS 70 auditors)

- Process and report subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers of money movements.

- Co-ordinate with accounting, operations, legal and control’s team with respect to transaction processing, billing, and Review share registers to ensure timely and accurate reporting

- Perform Anti-Money Laundering checks pursuant to US and Cayman regulations and review/approve money movements.

- Prepare periodic KPI/KRI on a multitude of investor relations topics, client’s issues, client’s board report and department initiatives.

- Provide periodic reports to Clients on a multitude of ERISA reports, board letters, share registry and NAV reports.

Cash/ Liquidity Management EMEA

- Monitor Primary & Secondary Nostro accounts for Liquidity Reporting - Providing funding figures to Treasury.

- Ledger vs Nostro cash reconciliation

- Identify daily recovery charges for defaulting line of business.

- SAP daily funding postings and verification.

- Creation of MIS trend analysis of the cash positioning.

- Collate daily P&L reports, review and comment on trends and circulation to front office and middle management.

- Audit enquiry resolution – business and external correspondents.

- Responsible for smooth functioning of Operational activities Reconciliation, Funding, Balance monitoring & recovery charges for Cash EMEA

UK Settlements Operations

- Pre matching, matching, settlement, failed management related to Equities trade

- Depo, Nostro and Stamp reconciliation for UK Crest Markets
