Summary

Retired from a career in elementary education, and recently relocated to Auburn/Opelika area. Throughout my career as an educator one of my greatest joys besides the day-in day-out of my classroom was working alongside student teachers, helping them as they worked to reach their goals and realize their full potential as an educator. With time on my hands, I have realized that I still have time to give to my passion ~ excellence in the classroom ~ but in a different way than a classroom teacher!

I am a very organized, open-minded, multi-tasker, and enthusiastic educator offering 15+ years of experience to students interested in starting a career in educating the future. Helping education majors navigate the courses required to graduate in a timely manner, while encouraging their career path goals and journey is something that I could see myself being passionate about and thriving in alongside them as they reach milestones to career success! The old saying, "Put me in coach!" rings loud and clear! I hope that you hear it too, as you consider my interest.
