Visionary and joy-filled school leader growing enrollment and staffing more than double in 5 years, while driving Middle-to-High School retention from under 30% to nearly 90%. Spearheaded MS curriculum overhaul, replacing traditional model with essential-question-driven, interdisciplinary, project-based learning. Reimagined HS AP curriculum by transforming conventional courses into hands-on, engaging, applied, relevant teaching (HEART), adding options such as The Chemistry of Food and AOPA STEM Aviation as an option for traditional physics. Elevated academic outcomes with sizable AP gains, earning the College Board's Platinum AP School Honor Roll (2025). Built college counseling program from the ground up, increasing 4-year college acceptance from 27% (2018) to 100% (2025). Launched a wellness initiative featuring Finn, a beloved therapy-certified campus service dog.

Led teacher training, giving rise to improved academic outcomes, and then authored the report that secured 2015 National Blue Ribbon. Developed an innovative master schedule that increased 4 to 24 elective options for students. Oversaw the travel & missions program to enhance student engagement, service, and community involvement. Championed and executed much-needed, 3-year cultural diversity professional development for homogeneous staff, resulting in improved experience and academic outcomes for students of color.

Founded and scaled the school's International Student Exchange Program. Built partnerships in Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Lima, San Jose, and Rio. Leading as second in command to the Headmaster, responsible for the master schedule, organizing school-wide events, peer observations, and exceptional communication with all stakeholders.
