As a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher, I have accumulated over 3 1/2 years of experience working with students with diverse learning needs. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in creating individualized educational plans catering to each student's strengths and weaknesses. I have also implemented effective teaching strategies proven to enhance learning outcomes, and I always strive to foster a conducive learning environment that supports students' cognitive, emotional, and social development.

I am an educator with a proven track record at Mascoutah School District, specializing in individualized lesson planning and social-emotional learning. Successfully implemented IEPs to enhance student growth, while fostering collaboration with parents and teachers.

In my role as a special education teacher, I worked in close partnership with our school's social workers to deliver comprehensive and consistent social-emotional support to students. Together, we developed and implemented strategies aimed at fostering emotional regulation, resilience, and interpersonal growth, ensuring that each student received the individualized care necessary to thrive both academically and personally.
