  • Provide detailed monthly statements to Principal Investigators using KFS, IUIE, GMT and other reports as needed and available. As well as Excel spreadsheets I have created.
  • Monitoring subrecipients to ensure they are invoicing for allowable expenses. Principal Investigators must sign off on any invoice from their subrecipients prior to payment. Create and maintain requisitions and purchase orders in BUY.IU for all subrecipients.
  • Monitor grant awards for compliance. Review all expenses on the awards prior to payment to ensure they are compliant and allowable on the award.
  • Prepare budgets and other duties as needed for proposals.
  • Currently have access to eRA Commons and Assist. As well as Grants.gov.
  • Track cost share expenses on awards.
  • Monitor effort reports from completeness and accuracy in EConfirm. Ensure that Principal Investigators are completing the confirmation in a timely manner.
